What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
1 pallet (~600–1,200 units) for packaged retail goods, and one 20ft container (18–22 MT) for flexitank or bulk. Samples are available up to 6 per request.
Can I request a sample before committing to an order?
Yes. Aegellia ships up to 6 samples per request by air freight, typically arriving in 3–5 business days. Request samples through the RFQ form.

Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% advance, 70% against B/L) or Letter of Credit (L/C). Pricing is issued per RFQ within 24 hours in USD or EUR. Volume discounts apply on annual contracts.
How and when do I get pricing?
Pricing is custom to volume, packaging, and Incoterm, and is issued within 24 hours of an RFQ. Submit volume, destination port, and packaging through the RFQ form for a quote.

FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, and EXW. Origin ports are Izmir (Alsancak) and Mersin.
What are the lead times to my market?
Sample air freight is 3–5 business days. Sea freight: Europe ~10–15 days, US East Coast ~18–24 days, US West Coast ~25–35 days, Japan ~28–35 days. Retail orders ship in 2–4 weeks, flexitank/bulk in 3–5 weeks.
Which carriers and ports do you use?
Sea freight via Maersk, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, and CMA CGM; express via DHL and FedEx. Origin ports: Izmir Alsancak and Mersin.

EU Organic (EC 834/2007), USDA Organic (NOP), ISO 22000:2018, BRCGS Grade A, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and Kosher (OU). Certification documents verify on request.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) per shipment?
Yes — every lot ships with an accredited third-party CoA covering free fatty acidity, peroxide value, K232, K270, total polyphenols, pesticide residues (500+ compounds screened), and heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As). Sensory evaluation is performed by a certified IOC panel.
Is the olive oil Halal certified for GCC markets?
Yes. Aegellia holds globally recognized Halal certification with SASO/SABER-ready documentation and L/C-friendly terms for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider GCC — shipped via Jebel Ali, Jeddah, Hamad, and Dammam.

Typically 6–8 weeks from artwork approval, depending on packaging specification and order volume.

How is quality preserved from harvest to shipment?
Olives are cold-extracted below 27°C within 4 hours of harvest, with nitrogen-blanketed malaxation. Oil is stored in temperature-controlled stainless tanks (15–18°C) under nitrogen, lab-tested quarterly, and shipped within 12 months of harvest.
How does Turkish EVOO compare to Italian or Spanish?
Turkey's Aegean coast shares latitude, limestone soils, and a Mediterranean microclimate with Italy's Puglia and Spain's Andalusia. Memecik olives reach over 500 mg/kg polyphenols — among the world's highest.
